RULES
01 01 GENERAL PROVISIONS
- 1.1 • 1.1 This Agreement is drafted by the legal department of VENOM INVEST (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and establishes the terms of operation and use of this online investment resource;
- 1.2 • 1.2 Every potential Partner of the resource is required to read and agree to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) before completing the registration process. Registration on the site signifies the Partner's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, as well as the agreements on personal data processing and non-disclosure;
- 1.3 • 1.3 This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the legal department of VENOM INVEST unilaterally without any special notification to the other party.
02 02 ABOUT THE RESOURCE
- 2.1 • 2.1 The Company is an online resource located on the Internet at http://venompower.net;
- 2.2 • 2.2 The project accepts deposits from the Partner with subsequent payment of dividends on the deposit placed with the Company. All funds are credited and paid out from the revenue generated by the Company’s core activities.
03 03 REGISTRATION
- 3.1 • 3.1 Any person of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence can register on the VENOM INVEST resource;
- 3.2 • 3.2 Registration on the resource is available at http://venompower.net/registration;
- 3.3 • 3.3 You can create only one account from one computer or mobile device.
04 04 CREATING A DEPOSIT
- 4.1 • 4.1 A registered user (investor) may place one or more deposits according to the investment plans offered in the user's personal account;
- 4.2 • 4.2 The deposit amount is regulated according to the investment offers;
- 4.3 • 4.3 Deposits are made by the investor according to the payment methods offered in the user's personal account.
05 05 PAYOUTS
- 5.1 • 5.1 Interest on deposits is credited to the Partner’s account balance daily according to the investment offers;
- 5.2 • 5.2 Funds are credited to the balance of the user’s personal account. The accrued interest on deposits is available for withdrawal from the personal account balance every Thursday of the current week;
- 5.3 • 5.3 Payouts are made within 24 hours from the time of the withdrawal request.
06 06 PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
- 6.1 • 6.1 Every Partner can participate in the Partnership Program and receive partner rewards in the form of a certain amount from each new deposit made by a new Partner you invite;
- 6.2 • 6.2 The Company’s Partnership Program consists of 3 (three) levels: 3%-2%-1%.
07 07 RISKS AND LIABILITY
- 7.1 • 7.1 The Company’s technical support department guarantees the proper functioning of the resource and all related scripts but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the resource. Access may be limited during technical maintenance on the hosting side or due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control that require time to resolve;
- 7.2 • 7.2 The Company is not responsible for any potential damage incurred by the Partner or other individuals as a result of participating in the Company’s investment activities;
- 7.3 • 7.3 The Participant agrees to bear all risks associated with participation in investment activities, including the risk of losing deposited funds.
08 08 FINAL PROVISIONS
- 8.1 • 8.1 This Agreement constitutes an agreement between the Partner and the Company regarding participation in the VENOM INVEST investment program;
- 8.2 • 8.2 This Agreement becomes effective for the Partner upon registration on the investment platform’s website;
- 8.3 • 8.3 If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
